With a clean slate ahead, you’ve got 365 new chances coming your way. Lay out a realistic plan for goals you’d like to achieve this year and keep track of your progress in the months ahead. You don’t have to start big — if a goal is to get more exercise, simply start with a daily walking routine and go from there.
