Recognizing the Three Types of Stress
Whether we’re powering through on a project to meet a deadline or feeling anxiety over an argument with a loved one, chances are we’re dealing with some type of stress. As chiropractors, we recognize that there are three types of stress: physical, chemical and emotional or trauma, toxins and thoughts.
